Teleo Brings Autonomous Tech to Forestry & Logging
Teleo, an autonomous technology company from California, has expanded its reach into the forestry and logging industries, securing new orders for its Supervised Autonomy technology. Finland-based Fin-Terpuu Oy, one of Europe’s largest logging companies, has deployed Teleo’s system on a Volvo L350F wheel loader, making it the world’s first logging yard with autonomous operations. The system allows for remote-controlled and autonomous hauling of logs in harsh conditions, including snow and darkness.
